1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
2. Develop and manage the Search marketing strategy, SEO / SEM
3. Gather search trends, study audience behavior to find out insights on the category, target audience and demand. Recommend budgets and plan for given business or marketing objective.
4. Optimize the website and content with vendors for better rankings. Prepare annual website calendar and collaborate with business stakeholders for execution. Add new products and remove phased out products and fix errors on the page.
5. Search Engine Optimization of the website to increase organic traffic.
6. Populate content and images on etailer sites like Amazon etc., improve external assets, ratings and reviews.
7. Use innovative channels and new digital platforms for various campaigns.
8. Work with ecommerce team for improved results, traffic and transactions on Philips eStores.
9. Social media and content marketing.
10. Social Listening and monitoring.
11. Familiarity with CRM systems / marketing automation tools, Email Campaign Management
12. Measure performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Omniture, Salesforce, Google Analytics, social listening tools)
13. Track and analyze website traffic flow and conversions/leads to measure performance. Monitor the trends and provide regular internal reports. Propose optimization steps.
